The date-grape pasta vegan cuisine by Ben Clock
150 g dates, pitted
150g raisins
2 cup juice (I take multi biorganic vegetables, I feel more comfortable)
Soak the pitted dates and raisins in the juice during
at least 8 hours.
Grind it in a food processor or blender than a homogenous paste.
Dolma’s, stuffed grape leaves.
Themselves for 6 persons:
4 cups long grain rice
1 medium aubergine (eggplant)
1 / 3 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tsp oregano
1 tsp dill (green)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste
1 / 4 tsp basil
peeled tomatoes
jar grape leaves

bring to boil the rice with enough water and add all ingredients, except the olive oil and lemon juice, grape leaves and basilicium. if the rice is cooked the oil and juice stir thoroughly, then place on a folded sheet a little rice, fold the two “bottom” flaps up, roll it up once. then fold the zijkantjes and roll him up one go up. Place the dolma’s in a pan or baking dish and heat it gently. Pour the last bit of a peeled tomato paste over the dolma and sprinkle some basil over it. Serve with salad or something

250 g tofu
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 / 2 teaspoon turmeric
1 / 4 teaspoon curry powder

1 / 4 teaspoon ground coriander
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons yeast
1 / 2 teaspoon kelppoeder (I do not)
2-3 tablespoons almond mayonnaise or mayonnaise without eggs
Break the tofu into pieces and put them in a bowl.
Mash the remaining ingredients with a fork and adjust the seasoning tofu.

– I often do top savory filling some extras like cucumber slices, half cherry tomatoes, avocado and alfalfa. Knackbrot with avocado is just too good I think.

– Toasting bread, butter it do, a lot of garlic powder and fresh chives and cucumber slices over. jam!

– Create a pizza sauce and spread on a (toasted) sandwich, to need or vegan cheese olives d’r. remains in the refrigerator a few days, you can freeze it in small portions.

– Just a lot of fruit on your bread, as a kind of salad. With or without peanut sauce.
