These ornamental plum with dark green leaves you see in many gardens back. It is a tree found in most garden centers for sale because it is not only a beautiful tree, but also because it is an easy tree that requires little care in most gardens and doing fairly well.

In the spring when the leaves are red to appear during the summer verbruinen. Besides the beautiful foliage colors are the bowl-shaped, pink flowers. The fragrant flowers appear en masse on the tree with light pink flowers of the stark contrast against the dark branches and the first leaves of the time. As the bloom progresses the flowers change color from pink to white. After flowering fruit will be formed but in very small numbers. These cherries are perfectly edible, are juicy and very sweet.
